There are two main types of indicators - Text indicators and Numeric indicators
- Text indicators - the performance results must be given in text in the Qualitative/Instruction tab. However, you must also rate the performance on a scale of 1-100, on the Performance Indicators tab - 100 meaning target achieved, and 1-99 meaning target not achieved
- Numeric indicators - the performance results are numeric. There are three Numeric indicator sub-types
- Number of - here you simple supply the number of what the indicator asks for
- Percentage - here the results are in percentage. After supplying the percentage, you must supply the percentage base (in the % Base field) - this is the denominator you used when you were calculating the achieved percentage. The % Base field is used for Percentage indicators only
- Value - here you simply supply the value of what the indicator asks for
